I understand you are trying to remove an app called Yeti from your MacBook Pro. I don't see this app in the Mac App Store, but I do see it for the iPhone. So, to start, I'm going to provide some resources for deleting applications from both devices. If you are talking about an app on your Mac, were you not able to empty the trash after dragging the application to it?

Apps that have an uninstaller: In the Finder sidebar, click Applications. If an app is inside a folder, it might have an Uninstaller. Open the app’s folder. If you see Uninstall App or App Uninstaller, double-click it and follow the onscreen instructions.

Apps that don’t have an uninstaller: In the Finder sidebar, click Applications. Drag the app from the Applications folder to the Trash (located at the end of the Dock), then choose Finder > Empty Trash.

Delete an app

  1. Press and hold the app until it jiggles.
  2. Tap the in the upper-left corner to delete.

You might be asked to confirm that you want to delete the app. If you see a pop-up that says, 'Deleting [app name] will also delete all of its data,' tap Delete.

How can I use my blue yeti USB mic with this software. I downloaded the program and I'm having a hard time. My input is the blue yeti and also my output and I cant change my output. I can record using the mic but when i try to listen to what I record I can't I have to change my input back to the built in device and when I want to record again I have to change my input back to yeti. How can I stop doing that because it is annoying. Thanks

On what machine are you running? If you are on Mac you should be able to create a stacked / cascaded / combined audio device (not sure what it's called precisely). This will combine all your I/O devices to a single devices.
If you are on Windows it's a bit more tricky as S1 will handle only one ASIO driver at a time. ASIO4ALL, which is a generic ASIO driver should be able to combine the USB mic and the internal soundcard into one virtual device.

I think it should be somewhere in the Core Audio settings, but I'm not on a mac so I'm not sure. But Google is our friend:

The aggregated device or get it to work in S1? I'm assuming you're actually building a new audio device, so you'll need to select the new device in S1 as well.

Under the link I posted there is a complete step by step instruction how to create the aggregated device if the screenshots aren't showing, click on the 'Set up an Aggregate Device' link in that page.
